What are your current rates?
We offer a wide range of coverage options. View our "Book Online" Section for current Wedding Photography Pricing and Portrait Session Pricing.

Do we receive the original images?
For Wedding Collections that include albums, the high resolution (print ready) images are provided on CD, with your finished album. For Collections that do not include an album, the high resolution images will be delivered in approximately 4-5 weeks. Some smaller Collections offer the original images as an add-on.

Where can we see your work in person?
If you are interested in booking one of our Artist Album Collections, or Photo + Video Collections, we offer meetings in our Valrico studio by appointment only. We also have sample Wedding Albums and images on display at The Sandpearl Resort, the A La Carte Event Pavilion, The Don CeSar, Lange Farm, Hunter's Green Country Club, Idlewild Baptist Church, Saddlebrook Resort, and Tampa Palms Country Club. We've eliminated the need for Studio Meetings, for our lower priced Collections, as our website showcases thousands of images, dozens of Sample Albums and Slideshows of our work. If you prefer a Studio Meeting for one of our lower priced Collections, those are available for purchase.

How do we book your services?
We now offer Online Booking for all of our Wedding Photography Services! To book any of our Wedding Collections, simply choose the appropriate link to the left. A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your Wedding date. For smaller events, payment is required in full. We accept all major credit cards and process online payments securely through Paypal or Google Checkout. The balance is due one month before the Wedding. When booking online, you must fax in a completed copy of the appropriate contract within 24 hours of booking. Links to Contracts are in each listing and are also linked on our Terms Page.

You may also book any Portrait or Headshot Session Online. Our downloadable Portrait Contracts are linked on their respective pages. All Portrait Session Bookings require prepayment in full.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?
Click Here for our Current Booking Specials. Some Booking Specials are available for online bookings only. Visit our website often as our Booking Specials change weekly. You can also keep informed of our current Photography specials and which Bridal Shows we'll be exhibiting at by joining our E-Mail Newsletter List. The Newsletter sign-up link is in the left column.

How far in advance are you booked?
Certain times of the year book out a year in advance. Also, particular dates are more popular than others. Please use our Check Your Date Feature to see if your Wedding date is currently available. Dates are not held/booked until a retainer is received.

When are travel fees charged?
Our studio is located in Valrico, Florida and travel within Tampa and surrounding areas is included. Travel fees to other areas of Florida and beyond, is in addition to any Photo Collection cost, and is quoted on a per event basis. Some event coverage requires two hotel rooms for the night. For Weddings requiring air travel, two roundtrip airline tickets will be needed, as well as hotel accommodations, and taxi or transportation expenses. We are available for travel worldwide.

Do you offer Online Proofing and Ordering?
We offer online proofing and ordering as an option. All images are hosted securely on our website and password-protected.

What type of equipment do you use?
We use the finest in professional equipment. This includes our cameras, accessories and lighting. We also work with leading professional photography labs and Wedding Album manufacturers.
