Terms & Conditions

All Photo Services booked are non-refundable and non-transferable. Prices quoted on this website are good for Weddings and Events being held in Tampa, Florida and surrounding areas. Travel fees to other areas of Florida and the U.S. are in addition to any Photo Collection cost, and are quoted on a per event basis.

We collect Florida State Sales Tax for all orders shipped within the State of Florida.

When booking a Wedding Photography Collection or Portrait Session online, our standard Contract Terms apply and you must fax in a completed copy of the appropriate contract, within 24 hours of booking.

Wedding Collections require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer, in order to book a date, with the balance being due 30 days prior to the Event. Some smaller Wedding Collections might require pre-payment in full. All Portrait Sessions require pre-payment in full. Please see specific Contracts for full details.
